In 2003, the first products that True Brands ever sold were wine jute bags. Fifteen years later it now carries over 6,000 products and excels in hard goods, but the wine bag category remains a key staple especially with gifting being such a strong retail trend (and liquor has proven to be recession-proof so wine + liquor accessories also go hand in hand with that success).
I designed illustrations for single and double bottle bags that were based on popular trends, holiday themes and special occasions. They were sold to a wide range of stores from large retailers like Total Wine and Safeway to smaller boutique shops. Each bag includes a gift tag and is often embellished with metallic foil or glitter accents.
