Hispanic Heritage Month

One of my favorite things to create at EG are identities for our Global Observances and IBGs (Internal Business Groups). That could be anything from PRIDE to Black History Month to AAPI. For Hispanic Heritage Month 2021, I created a look and feel, color palette, typographic treatment and illustrations that aligned with the theme, “Esperanza” or Hope. I wanted the entire identity to vibrate with celebration.

Geometric shapes like ascending steps and animals inspired by Oaxaca art are placed side by side to represent some of the architecture and market-life you see in Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico
